Availability for Voting:
We have one method of voting at this time, which is online voting there are other voting methods that are coming up in the future that would be updated.
Our online voting is open to all the Countries that are open on our website. Like Canada, United state, Dominican Republic, South Africa and Kenya.
Online voting is open to all individuals with a phone area code located in geographic area. Additional voting windows and methods of voting may be added as determined and announced by our producers at Chosenstar in their sole discretion. If you attempt to vote through any memethod outside of the defined voting window, your
vote will not count.
The limit of Voting:
At this time each email can only vote once online per act. Chosenstar producers have the right in advance for any voted to announce a change in the limit of the number of votes that may be make via each voting method in the producers discretion.Voting Process and how to vote:
- To vote for any act you would need to either use your email address or your Facebook credentials. However if you already part of the Musicpays family then you can vote without the need to sign up, all you will need to do it to login your account and click vote and your vote would be counted.
- Sign up process with email. You will need to provide your email address, and confirm your acceptance of the official voting rules, according to our policy and then go to your email to confirm or get a code to verify and your vote will be counted.
- To sign up with Facebook successfully you will need Facebook Credentials, you will need to connect to your Facebook account and accept the application permissions, including email access permissions. If you do not already have a Facebook account you can create one for Free on Facebook.com. Please note that you must agree to comply with the Facebook Terms of use in order to create a Facebook account. Information collected is subject to the Facebook Privacy Policy and the data policy as published on the Facebook platform.

- Visit Chosenstar.com with search for your Chosenstar and vote using your email or Facebook credential.
Cost for Voting:
At this time there is no any Voting cost all online voting are free. All you need is to have access to Internet or your Data on your mobile.Disclaimer:

Administrators and their respective agents, officers directors, employees, subsidiaries and affiliates (Collectively, the released parties) assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to participants, voters, or to any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with this vote, or otherwise participating in the voting. Released parties are not responsible for telecommunication, network, electronic, technical or computer failures of any kind, for inaccurate transcription or reporting of voting information, electronic error, or for votes that are stolen, misdirected, garbled, delayed by computer transmissions, lost of late. By participating, each individual agrees to release and hold the release parties harmless again any and all claims and liability of any kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of their participation in the voting.
These rules are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of the Administrators. Notification regarding any such change will be posted at. Chosenstar or Musicpays Entertainment inc.
Attention:
Any attempt by a voter or any other individual to deliberately damage any online service, phone service, or website, temper with the voting process, or otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of the voting is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, administrator reserves the right to seek damages and/ or other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.Voting Conditions:
When voting you are agreeing not to use any unofficial, third party services to cast votes on your behalf. Administrators reserve the right to disqualify, block or remove any votes from any individuals who voted by any electronics, mechanical of automated means, or otherwise tampers with the vote process, or for any other reason, as determined by Administrators in their sole discretion.Administrators are not responsible for any damages to voters, devices that may occur from use of service. Administrator serves the right, for any reason and in their sole discretion, to modify, suspend or discontinue the voting server with prior notice.
Administrators reserve the right to modify the show’s contest rules, and the terms and condition of this voting process at any time sole discretion
The prize awarded to the winner of Chosenstar is subject to the terms, conditions, rules and qualification of the program.
Disputes:
THESE RULES, AND SUBMISSION OF YOUR VOTE, ARE GOVERNED BY, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF EACH INDIVIDUAL COUNTRIES, ( all laws will be made available soon) If the controversy or claim is not otherwise resolved through direct discussion or mediation. It shall then subject to the laws of every State or Province the show is in. THE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIN SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL DAMAGES, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY PARTY BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES OR OTHER SUCH RELATED COSTS OF BRINGING A CLAIM, OR TO RESCIND THIS AGREEMENT OF SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR ANY OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF.
